Delete your Spediak account

You can permanently delete your Spediak account and its associated home records directly in the Spediak app.

How to delete your account

1. Sign in to the Spediak app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to Danger Zone and select Delete My Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

If you cannot sign in, email support@spediak.com from the email address associated with your account. We may ask for enough information to verify the request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your account profile, home and property records, repair and maintenance history, diagnoses, warranties, claims, inspection records, uploaded photos and documents, saved contacts, notification preferences, and the Spediak sign-in identity. Subscription billing is managed by Apple or Google Play and must be cancelled through the store where it was purchased.

Retention

Data is deleted from active systems when the request is completed. Residual encrypted backup copies are purged within 30 days, unless we must retain limited information for a legal obligation, fraud prevention, or a transaction record required by law.
